The service is horrendous! I love dodge products being that I have owned four vehicles and I received subpar service because I sacrificed for the convienence of a local certified dodge service center!

My girlfriend and I came in to purchase a vehicle a couple of weeks ago. We dealt with a lady named Jenny; she was nice courteous and answered our questions to the best of her ability. We weren't able to buy because of other issues, but when we are able to we are going back to deal with Ms Jenny. Thank you for working so hard to help us.

Found a nail in a tire. Was able to drive to facility,. Was taken in immediately, nail found, properly plugged, all four tires check and re-pressured as needed. Paid bill my credit card. Drove away happy. No fuss, no mess, nothing, just great service.

Toyota repair Dept customer service is excellent. Repairs are very fast and professional.
