Being an investment property owner himself, Mark Heppard was not happy with the poor service he had received from Michigan property management companies he hired to manage his own rental properties. At Mutual, we are dedicated to preserving and protecting our landlord’s properties in every way possible. At the same time, we try to make every attempt to please our tenants so they better maintain the homes they are paying their rent on time or sometimes even early.
