I can't say much about MW I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks, I've emailed, called and even had someone send them a tweet. I'm hoping it's just because of the holidays that I haven't heard back from them. Here's hoping I get in contact with them and can add more stars to the review.

I had a good experience leasing with this company. They use a really cool system where you book online and they reconfirm several times before a showing. The leasing person was knowledgeable about the area and the property. They follow up afterward to see how it went.

Great personalized service, no effort too demanding. Very responsive. Shows great initiative and leadership in finding ways to deliver better value and augment client income. Fully trustworthy. Principals seem to have a vocation, not just jobs, and seek constant improvement in their product. Nice people to do business with.

MW Realty were fantastic through the entire process. Rich and Wolf were very patient and answered all of our questions throughout the lease signing phase and even helped with our questions during the move. And very kind as well! I will recommend them to anyone that is searching for a new home. 5/5 stars if not more.

What I liked about MW is that they really worked with me on my rental agreement. My agent objected to several things, like the entry policy, some parking rules, and some of the security deposit deduction rules. We asked MW to change it and they came back with some really fair solutions. We're off to a great start!
