THE FOLLOWING REVIEW IS BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND PLACES OURSELVES AND WHAT WE'VE SEEN WHILE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT!!! Also Known As Three Brothers Auto Inc. Horrible And Fraudulent Service! Intentionally Selling Lemons And Giving Fraudulent Services! We Financed A Vehicle Through Them And The Vehicle Stopped In The Middle Of The Street Just 2 Weeks After We Got It. Came Them And Spoke With The Salesman And The Finance Manager Adrian. They Told Us To Bring The Vehicle In So That They Could Check It Out On Site!We Did That And They Called Back And Said It Did Need A Transmission And They Placed An Order For The Transmission So That They Could Replace It And Fix The Car. They Didn't! They Kept The Vehicle On Their Lot For An Extra 3 Weeks And Everytime My Husband Called To Check On The Progress, He WasTold That The Past Hasn't Come In Yet And They Couldn't Give Anymore Information Because They Didn't Know Anything! They Never Notified The Finance Company Westlake Financial [They're Not Trying To Help Either] No One Wants To Take Accountability For The Lemon We Were Put InThat They Had The Vehicle And After The 30 Day Mark, They're Trying To Hold Us To A Finance Contract For The Lemon That They Sold Us! Even With Having To Deal With Their Dishonesty, We Asked To Just Be Put In Another Vehicle Because We Didn't Trust That That Vehicle Would Last Or Move! They Said No And Said That We Could Not Get Out Of That Contract And They Weren't Giving Us Another Vehicle! Junior Manager/ Owner??? Scammer In Charge, Ethan Leslie Salesman / Sales Consultant??? And Adrian Finance Manager [Who Took The Keys And The Vehicle From My Husband When He Took It Back To Get Checked Out And Serviced] And Acted Like He Didn't Know Anything When We Went Back There To Find Out Exactly Why It Was Taking So Long To Fix The Vehicle This Place Is Not Worth The Stress! In My Opinion You Do Not Want To Work With Anyone At This Place! They Are Frauds And Scammers! They Are Intentionally Being Fraudulent To Every And Anyone Coming Through Their Doors! DO NOT TRUST OR WORK WITH EITHER COMPANY!!!
