I had one service done for my yorkie last year. They are very competent, very careful and efficient. Is a family ran business. Great people. It is hard to get an appointment with them because they are so good!!
Moving away from the area this is the only place I miss. They took care of all of my fur-babies and always did a great job. There is a lot to be said for a groomer when your pups are excited to go for a bath!
*UPDATE: Pet Supplies Plus, Fullerton Plaza SELF SERV IS OPEN. 4 stalls Owner replied to indicate the self service pet stations are still closed due to pandemic? All businesses including very close quarter restaurants are open requiring masks. Why can’t this business open? 85% of Baltimore County residents are vaccinated. I’m assuming they want the in-house grooming because it earns a lot more money. I simply don’t understand when they will consider the “pandemic over” to offer self service this again. It seems to be the only self-service pet wash available left in our area. I wish they could simply open with requirements for everyone’s safety just like other businesses. Advertises self service dog wash bays on voice mail, Website, etc., along with pricing, hours of operation. I called when they were supposed to be open for business however the voicemail answered. I have yet been able to speak to a human being. Also the self-service dog bays are closed until further notice. No explanation or reason given. That’s at the very end of their voicemail greeting but it’s still showing up on their website as being available.
We have been going to My Furry Friends for over 5 years now. This is the only groomer that I will ever take my dog too! It's a lovely family owned business, that truly loves animals. The shop is nicely decorated and the owners are always pleasant. I received a newsletter in the mail with their upcoming updates....how cute!!! They also allow you to schedule out your appointments for the year, months in advance. During our appointments, my dog is always done in a timely fashion and looks marvelous. He is a shy and reserved dog but always looks content when I drop him off for his appointments.
First time taking my toy poodle mix for grooming at My Furry Friends. Did a great job of trying to make her feel comfortable. Did a great job on her grooming. Will definitely use them for future grooming.
An amazing family owned business. They are wonderful to the dogs and do an amazing cuts. Highly recommend.
Absolutely terrific. I'm choosy and searched long to find a groomer that both does a really good job on my standard poodle's cut and handles her with real sensitivity and care. I'd recommend these guys to owners of any breed. Book up early - they're full for a reason. Good people.
Outstanding, best cut my dog has ever had. Somehow a rating for another business I gave popped up for Furry Friends-----,my mistake. Robo and I will continue using Furry Friends for cuts and trims and shampoos. Thank you

This is a nice friendly place to wash your own dog. While they do grooming onsite, I prefer the bonding experience with my own dog not to mention the savings. $15 is great! They provide the tub at standing level a ramp for you dog to get up into the tub, towels, shampoo if needed, I bring my own cotton and ear cleaning solution and even a brush to get out that shedding although the the dryer also provided is what gets the shedding out the best. There is nothing like a fluffy clean German Shepherd. Oh and they also have a spray for extra nice scent if you so desire. Can't beat all that with a smile and leave the mess behind. Thanks Glen for making a hard task much easier...Woof!
