I came here to get a covid test and the whole staff from the front desk to the individual who did my test were very warm and compassionate. They explained everything and listened to all my concerns without hurrying me or talking over me. Super professional and accommodating.
Great experience. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Just how you want to be treated when you’re not feeling well! Best staff. Was there two days in a row and everyone was great!
Everyone here is very welcoming and kind. Needed to get COVID tested and they were very gentle and quick. Rich was very personable and made the experience so much better, he talks to you as a person and makes you feel very comfortable.
I came here to get a covid test and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Every other urgent care takes around 5-7 days for the PCR results to come back however this place only took 1 hour. Suzanne helped me make my appointment and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend coming here.
Had a really great experience, quick and easy. Rich really made it a very pleasant experience and was very friendly. This is my second or third time being with him and it was a great experience. Will definitely come again.

Very professional, welcoming, and efficient staff. Came to get COVID tested and with the help of Suzanne, the process was smooth and pleasant as much as can be. I received my PCR results in only 1 day!! I definitely recommend, ask for Suzanne when you go to make sure you get that 5 star treatment!
My visit was very pleasant as I was here for the Covid-19 test. One of the nurses Rich was very helpful and made the experience very comfortable and relaxed. I felt welcomed and I was in good hands throughout. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend Monroe instadoc urgent care.
