My Mechanic

Fantastic staff and service center! I came in for an oil change and while I was sitting in the lobby i got a text update and they did an expection on my vehicle which allowed me to be aware of other issues that I had. And with that and I was able to get a simple air filter changed right away. They also fixed my dangling review mirror that I neglected after it broke, without me even asking about it. I was leaving and noticed that it was fixed so went back in to thank them. I mean this this team they're just they're all stars and I will definitely be coming back.Service: Oil change

I've been to 2 different Meineke locations in Vegas. This is the company I'll always go to if I'm not going to the dealership for service. They just instill a level of confidence and trust. A lot of it is the communication. It feels genuine and honest. Price points are excellent too. Very happy overall and wouldn't take the care elsewhere.Services: Brakes

It's hard to find a decent/ honest mechanic. Meineke & team was the fourth and final to repair my truck. After a string of misdiagnosed and incorrect repairs with other shops they found the problem and had it fixed in two days.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Over priced work for over paid technicians. Was quoted 4 hrs to get a rear main seal done and they upped it to 6 later. They kept the car for nearly 2 weeks trying to do a job that supposedly takes 4-6 hrs. I was never contacted to get updates, I always had to call to check up on the job. Management was also terrible. Then on top of it paying over $1000 just for a rear main seal. Update #2 James the new manager took my car in and got my rear main seal done. This shop is definitely better than before and so is the quality of work.

My appointment was 7:30 am. I showed up like 7:20 and told me to wait outside….. it was 43 degrees and cold. I never experienced such an unwelcome greetings before. I canceled my appointment.

James, The manager was great! My appointment ran late because they do not give him enough help to be able to properly service the customers. There were several other people having to wait also who had appointments because the shop was shorthanded. Once they pulled my truck in, the service was bar none. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have repairs done. James is very customer service oriented and did a great job dealing not only with me but the other customers who were there waiting for their vehicles to be repaired.Service: Auto maintenance

Matt and the team their always take care of me. Matt and his team took care of my Wife's VW Diesel and my Suv. Their were fair and honest. I used to be a mechanic so I felt reassured these guys are not here to rip you off they genuinely want to help you save money and get you back on the road. I will never go to the Rude overpriced Ford and VW dealership, only taking my cars here to Meineke now, and told all my friends and family how wonderful Meineke is!

Wow the guy at the front desk told me I needed all 4 brakes changed along with all my fluids. Got home to my parents and only to find all I n÷ded wad a oil change. Went from over a thousand bucks to 35 bucks. It was the white guy with all the tattoos at the front who swore I couldn't make it to Texaxs. I've gone from Vegas to Houston and then to the Ozarks and back. Trash people who will rip you off instantly. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Brandon & guys know cars love cars..they rebuild my poor mangled suspension and the car runs like new! They know their craft. Go see them, you won't be sorry!Services: Steering & suspension repair
