Oreck is the way to go when it comes to vacuums... they definitely take care of you if you have any issues. Great customer service and knowledgeable repair staff. The Maplewood location is super convenient for me and it's always quick in and quick out.

Bad shampoo chemical not good bad can't remove stain at all can't do heavy carpet shiet at all. So nope no good cleaning chemical. I would never ever buy weak oreck cleaning chemical at all for my house supply in this life. Bye weak

I needed a vacuum ASAP and financial help when getting my brand new Oreck, the staff was so nice and helpful made everything just so great and easy.

They used to have great customer service. I had a few recent experiences there. Even talked with the manager and he didn’t care to resolve anything.

Great service, will shop there again.
