The receptionists are not the best and very disorganized especially when making appointments... they cancel without notice and reschedule at there discretion. Could be managements fault because the do look like they are under or around seventeen years old. As far as the actual dentists and dental assistants they are pretty good professional and inviting They definitely need a better and bigger waiting area as well as a better system forbsetting up appointments. The waiting rooms should be cleaned more often

Been coming here for 2 years it's gotten worse with the rude receptionist very un professional even when the mistake is on her end. Always a problem they dont treat patients the way they should so fed up. Going elsewhere
Wouldn’t recommend. The weirdest practice, she won’t book an appointment because I haven’t done a cleaning. I said okay can I book the appointment ahead and I’ll get the cleaning done prior. She said “some people say they get the cleaning and don’t actually do it and that prolongs the process”. She literally didn’t want to book my consultation. Weird weird practice— but saved me a headache I guess. I’m assuming these reviews are not all accurate. Wouldn’t get ortho treatment here... why would you accuse people of lying about getting their teeth cleaned. There are hundreds of orthodontics in the area — if you want to come here be aware they require you to have a cleaning and not lie about it either. Weird. Wasted my time trying to book a consultation- oh well, no business from me.

I had a very nice experience at this orthodontist my teeth before having braces were very horrible as I can say and now that I’m almost done with the process of my braces I can say that I’m very happy how straight they turned out to be. Everyone in the orthodontist are very nice people and I get along with everyone I love all the persons in there they do a very good job with my teeth. I’m very grateful for being with them. If I would get to recommend someone I will recommend them to this orthodontist because they do an excellent job in what they do thank you so much for everything and I love them so much.
My teeth were really bad and the braces hurt but they made my experience pleasant. The staff was so polite and sweet and tried everything to make me comfortable starting with Mariela. And my teeth ended up amazing I love my smile now.
I have been a patient here for the past two years and I have had a great experience. The doctors are really nice and helpful, and so are the nurses. The whole facility is neat and clean, and they have an organized system patient lists, where they sit, and for appointments too. The only issue that I have is that they're only open two days a week Monday and Wednesday so that makes it harder for people to accommodate on their schedules. On top of that when everyone has an appointment at the same day at a similar relative time, you could be waiting there for hours which can be annoying. If you need braces, I recommend you come here!
My son just had his braces removed this week and i can assure this is the best orthodontist in West New York. The final results were as expected. The staff are very welcoming & friendly and they’re great with kids. Highly recommend this orthodontist!
