I think this might be the first review I have ever taken the time to do but believe it was warranted. From start to finish, Rufus and his crew were amazing. I was dealing with an unusually difficult situation and Rufus did everything possible to minimize my anxiety. Totally organized items prior to sale, generated an impressive number of sales and cleaned up everything after. House was ready for new buyer and I didn’t have to do any additional clean up after sale. Can’t say enough good things . I have attached a few photos to show how extensive the clean up was!
Rufus Johnson and his team did a remarkable job with helping us reach our goal with my mother's estate. The goal? Sell all the stuff and at age 97, mom had soooo much stuff. I researched My Personal Estate Sale online prior to contacting Rufus. Once I listened to his presentation, I knew this was the company with a plan that would successfully reach my goal. Their philosophy is different from most estate sale companies as they run a one day sale with items priced to sell from the get go, not playing the retail game of one price on day one and lowering the price in subsequent days. The team worked efficiently through set up and sale, remaining items were donated, 'junk' removed, and the house swept out prior to the team leaving. All of this, and the estate reaped twice the dollars than a company who buys everything offered to us. I highly recommend this company for your estate liquidation needs.
Rufus came out and met us same day I called, he explained how estate sales worked and advised us that our mothers townhouse wasn’t exactly a good place to have a sale. We talked and he gave us a lot of advice on what we could do in our situation. He gave us several companies to call and supplied contact information for each one. We appreciated his input and will be using his contacts to move forward.

I met with Rufus regarding a small liquidation sale and he spent more then a hour with me explaining the process and how his team works. He was very professional and caring. Though there wasn't enough inventory to support his business requirements he referred me to other resources that would better fit my needs. He was extremely helpful and a great resource. I've already told my church community and family about his business and the services he provides! He was very trust worthy and honest I would highly recommend him to anybody who is in need of estate liquidation services.
