My Place Hotel - North Las Vegas

The hotel room was nice, but housekeeping is horrible. Whoever is running housekeeping needs to be fired immediately! No guest should have to go to the front desk for toilet paper, cups, towels, etc. Housekeeping should have carts with all the essentials stocked and should be going around to the guests rooms, periodically if not daily, to check if they need anything. The whole point of housekeeping to to make guests feel good about staying at your establishment, no one pays money to stay somewhere where they have to do all the work of a housekeeper. No guest should be taking out their own trash either!

The hotel itself is fine. However the parking lot is not secure. My truck had a window smashed in. They do not have security cameras and don't care about the parking lot. There are people living in their cars and nefarious individuals hanging around. Do not stay here unless you want your car broken into. Read the other reviews. This is common here. I've stayed in hotels across the country, never had this happen before.

If you don't want your car vandalized don't stay here. Bad area with no parking lot lights. People sleeping in a car and car with flat tire. Not safe. My jeep got broken into.Rooms: 1/5

I found the location very clean courteous respect for receptionist, very informative to the prices of the room or the amenities for which they provide you are staying in in their hotel I give them two thumbs up and 10 Stars if it was available to give them. Avana and Alicia that works their at My place gives a personal feel to the place.... If I was management I would surely look into giving those two raises cuz they completely illuminate your business as they know the guests that may stay a few days their or a long term guess they respect all the customers the same.

The My Place hotel is very affordable and clean. If you want a big refrigerator, microwave and a small stove top kitchenette this is the place for you. It was lame that they didn’t have an ice machine and instead you had to use the ice maker in the fridge. It made a few cubes for me and nothing more. The hotel worked out great.

My family stayed there and while we were there our car got broken into and everything that was in our car got stolen. In most cases I would not blame the hotel but we found out after the fact that the two or three previous nights cars were broken into in that same part of the parking lot and nothing was said to us when we checked in. They were aware that, that part of the parking lot has an issue with break ins and did not make us aware. There is no video cameras out side watching the parking lot so there is nothing they could do to help us. In fact it really seems like they were indifferent to the fact that all of our stuff got stolen. We lost all of our clothing and electronics, and now our children are too scared to stay at a hotel again. I would not trust staying in that hotel again. If they do not care enough to warn their patrons of a reoccurring problem as serious as car break ins what else might they not care about?

Pleasant and accommodating team members. Easy check in and out. Clean, nicely appointed room with comfy beds. The lobby was clean and fresh smelling as well.Rooms: 5/5

Clean and spacious rooms. Close to lots of restaurants and services. Nice having fridge and microwave in the room. They also have a sink and cooktop but no utensils or cookware.Rooms: 5/5
