I’ve come here a few times and it’s slways been adequate but not the best. I get stiletto acrylic nails- and in the past I’ve had to talk them through to get the shape I like with smooth edges. It would take time but eventually they would get it filed the right way. But today I walked out after the acrylic was on and she refused to file my nails the way I like. My nails look HORRIBLE right now! Like this is a JOKE! It’s all bulky and clumpy with a lot of jagged edges- my nails look like bird beaks and I’ve never had someone do my nails this bad- anywhere! They are all completely different lengths and whenever I tried to ask for her to file it to be more narrow and to not have jagged edges, she became extremely rude. I’ve never had a nail technician be this rude to me- EVER! I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with the way I was treated today. Given the state of my nails there was no way I was going to allow them to put color on it so I said that I would just like to pay for the acrylic and to leave and they got even more rude! They also charged me full price as if I had color on my nails. So I basically just spent 55$ for the worst nails ever- with NO color! When a customer is unhappy, you should make an effort to fix what they don’t like ( in this case it’s a very easy filing fix but they did not want to do it). And if the customer is so unhappy they want to leave you should give them a discount and not charge them full price! I will NEVER be coming here again and I warn you that if you go be prepared for rudeness and very poorly done nails!

I went in for a pedicure and a powder refill. The pedicure was terrible and she left nail polish all over my toes, I had to ask another technician to clean it up. The girl cut me three times doing my nails, didn’t know what color to do them as, they were lumpy and uneven, and she had an attitude all the time. I would never go back there again

got a gel manicure that was supposed to last a week- twl weeks, started chipping 3 days later. not to mention it took an hour and a half for her to finish my nails. probably won’t be returning

i went here on a whim with my 8 year old daughter for pedicures. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, at best. Although my nail polish came out ok, i felt like my feet didn't have a pedicure, just a polish change. My child who had gotten pedicures in the past at similar "spas" with other relatives said "that is the worst pedicure i ever got" as we were leaving.
