The staff here were wonderful and helpful, I haven't been to an optometrist in years and everyone there was incredibly kind and accommodating from start to finish. The doctor forgive me I forget his name was thorough and explained everything very well. Patrick helped me pick out my frameshe must have a sixth sense for this kind of thing-they looked great! And Tonika helped me figure out exactly what I needed and didn't need with my new lenses. Highly recommend!

What are you waiting for? Excellent customer service and care from the moment you come into the establishment. They provide a variety of styles to select from, while ensuring you to know your interest matters. My family was provided with the proper treatment from everyone. Thank you employees at My Eye Dr.

Liars. I had an eye exam with contacts and they told me multiple times that I would just pay my copay. After a rushed exam that I’m not very confident will not require major changes, I get a bill with extra fees. It’s not the cost, but rather being lied to and the lack of confidence I have in the exam I received. Had I have know, I probably would have went to a different eye doctor.

We went to them because they have great frames but they are awful. We got the aye exam back on 04/07/2022 and today 05/06 we are still waiting on my daughter’s glasses I have been calling them to get updates they say they will call me back but they never do. Today I spoke to Amber she was very unapologetic and almost hang the phone on me she was rude as well. Again I love the frames they carry but I regret going to them and still waiting on my daughters glasses

We had visited a different MyEyeDr location the day before, but they did not have the frames my son wanted in stock. We were in this area the next day, so we stopped in to see if they might have the right frames. They did not, but Patrick was amazing - he tracked down the frames we wanted, was able to order them while still maintaining our insurance benefit, and have them shipped to the MyEyeDr closer to home when they were ready to be picked up. I could not be more satisfied with the service and care. Thank you, Patrick!

I had a great experience at this office and with Dr. Cofie. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Cofie was very helpful in the process of choosing which contacts were best for me. They have great selection of Glasses, sunglasses, and contacts. If you are looking for an eye doctor and your insurance is in network with myeyedr. Look no further.

We love this place! We have purchased multiple pairs of glasses through this location and they always arrive within the 7-10 day period. A pair of my daughter’s frames broke and they replaced them for free lenses were fine. Plus, they have competitive pricing for the in style frames. The staff is accommodating as well! We highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with my contact/vision appointment. Then after, the gentleman asked me if I wanted to purchase contacts from them and I said no cause I needed to go home and get my stuff together financially. He pushed for me to buy them and I again said no. Over a week later, I have contacts show up at my apartment. The guy ordered them after I said no TWICE. I feel scammed. They have said that I can get a refund when I bring back the contacts, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I went there for colored contacts for my birthday. i was leaving for Miami. They never arrived. After I came back from vacation, I questioned them about the colored contacts. they advised they were being shipped. I called a 3rd time to make sure they are sending the colored contacts. A manager advised i never asked for them. he also stated I have to have a refund for the difference of $40.00 I said I wanted back on my card. He stated he would not do that. He would give me a credit. I said I will not return here, because the communication was bad. he still refused to give my $40 unless it was a store credit even though I paid with a card.
