Pretty disappointing when I brought a pair of really nice Mykita prescription glasses with a broken leg to be told it would be cheaper to buy a new pair than to repair this one.. there are plenty of disposable glasses brand out there. I thought Mykita was different. Wrong..
What an incredible experience! The staff are truly extraordinary, they will provide experienced help choosing the best glasses frames for you, talk with you, not rush you and make you feel comfortable. Mykita is not a cheap eyewear shop but the quality comes in the frames and the people that sell them. If you are in Washington D.C. don't hesitate to drop by and talk with them!
Visiting mykita 10 minutes before closing associates Diego and Jacob did not contribute to an good experience for me . Beautiful frames however I had little to no knowledge on the brand or how to place an order for prescription glasses . Every question asked was responded with 2 words or less. Worst optical service I have experienced .
I didn't end up buying my glasses here, I fell in love with a pair elsewhere despite the large selection, they didn't have smaller round frames???, but they were super helpful and kind anyways. EDIT: I came back a year later and bought sunglasses here. Still great, still patient with my lengthy choice making process.
excellent customer service and Jacob was phenomenal help. Beautiful and sturdy eyewear!
