They do excellent job with haircut. But since it became too short last time, this time I asked her not to overcut, rather focus on giving more layers. But I could hardly see any layers on my right side & it appeared as if I had no haircut at all, in spite of paying 15% in tip. When I called back to check if they could fix it, the owner Gina kept on putting the blame on me saying I didn't want it to be cut very short & that she can still do it if I was fine with it being cut too short, probably thinking that I wouldn't show up again if she says so. I went anyhow, as I was not happy at all with what she had done. Surprisingly, she did receive me well probably because she thought I am a new customer lol & also because there was another customer. But again, started blaming it on my hair saying, its thin on the right side & so on, which in fact made no sense as her assistant who is more sensible than hercould fix it ultimately. But Gina tried her level best by putting the blame on me by repeating same things over & over again both over the phone & in-personwhich was quite annoying !! I totally understand that she may have been extra cautious first time not to overcut, but that doesn't mean you go on blaming it on the other person, when it could have been fixed easily & her assistant did it, without making it too short!. Nevertheless, she does an excellent job with haircut, though disappointed with her approach a bit, so giving her only 4 stars.Service: Haircut

Overall I liked the haircut from them for my daughter and I. Really Good price, always try to fit customers in even when they're busy. They really does a really good job for the price they charged. Their work is better than the salons who want to charged you more because other salons looked fancy. Highly recommend people giving them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed .

I've been getting my hair cut with Jennifer for 15+ years and I still haven't found a better barber. I live in NYC now and I only go to Jennifer and her daughter in Boston when I need my trims or want to explore a change in hairstyle. They are the friendliest, use the best products and I know I can always get a reliable haircut. My grandma who visits from LA feels the same : This is a gem of a salon and I leave my highest recommendation!

First time at Mystic and it won't be my last. Karen did a great job on cutting my hair. The ladies there are just lovely and I would like to wish Donna continued health. Bravo. Thanks so much Karen. Pam

Worst pedicure.with hair I don’t know ,but not with nails , tools not clean. They need to learn how to do real pedicures
