I received an email today about a sale item only available in nyc stores. Starting at 10:00 am when the store opened I called every hour to find out if the item was available. No one ever picked up and when it went to voicemail, the box was full. Really?? Isn’t this a business? I’m done with this brand.
Patrice was amazing. Great customer service. I love the handbags too. The style and quality are wonderful.
Really should update hours of operation. At 10:30 no one was in the store. Annoying since I made the trip expressly for this location.
