N and V Patio, Construction & Remodeling

Fabulous experience! After getting bids from several different companies, we chose N and V Patio to extend and cover our back patio. Their bid was very reasonable and we felt like we were getting a great value for our money. Cely was wonderful throughout the whole process and she is a delight to work with. We were kept informed every step of the way. The guys that came out to the house to do the work were all friendly and great to work with. We are very happy with our new covered patio and would highly recommend N and V Patio!

In Aug 22, 2016, I contracted N and V Patio for the installation of a new aluminum screen room in my backyard. I am very pleased with the end result. My screen room looked wonderful and exactly how I wanted. I found N and V Patio is very easy to work with, especially with Mr. Alex Martinez, he is excellence in selecting the materials and getting the original estimate to final installation and I loved his complete custom designed, details of workmanship for my patio project. The total cost was very reasonable, especially compared to other quotes that I have, and their work was timely and of high quality. I highly recommend N and V Patio for your patio projects.

We've had a lot of contractors at our house over the past few years, but I have to say N&V Patio probably far and away did the best job! They showed up when they said they would and did the job in the time frame they said. The price was fair. We are thrilled with the screened-in patio structure they put up. More than anything, the person who came out and gave the estimate and made the commitment to us was the person in charge on the crew, and he was here himself the entire time and did it correctly. I have no problem recommending them!

We had our garage remodeled and our new deck built by N and V Patio. We were impressed with how everything came out beautifully and it only took them ten days of work to finish it all. We spent some time look for different companies on Google and we were fortunate that we picked the right one for the job. We were assisted by Alex, who worked with us to make sure that everything was designed to our liking and also came within our budget, which the past few years has been a bigger concern for us. The workers always arrived on schedule each day and were very polite and respectful during the whole construction period. I'd recommend checking them out like we did, because it turned out to be a great decision.

N&V is awesome.. They did my patio and everyone who has seen has loved it. Alex and his crew were excellent . Shelly also helped me with all the paperwork . She is very thorough in her work and listened to me in patience. My whole family loved to work with this team. We will certainly do a lot of projects with N&V.. They rock.

We live in Clear Lake and bid three contractors for our car port project. We chose N&V. Neftali just finished up the project and we could not be more pleased. We have been in our house for over 15 years and have had many contractors do many projects, both inside and outside of the house. My wife and I agree that N&V is the best contractor we have ever had do work on/in our house. Neftali was polite, professional, and very helpful. He was great at doing what we asked, but also offering advice and suggestions. And his suggestions were all excellent and well executed. In our project, given the dimensions of our garage relative to the breeze-way, it took some creativity to complete our project and please our homeowners association, but he met that challenge and kept the costs within budget and on schedule. The N&V contractors always came when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. They also cleaned up when they were done for the day, and when they were finished with the project. It was all very predictable. Also, Shelly at the front desk was very helpful! All in all, this was a great experience. I would recommend N&V for any outdoor project. Thanks!

The owners and staff are ANGELS. Cely and her staff arrived at my home after the contract was signed and finished my covered patio in less time we discussed. They are professional and extremely clean. I loved the way they treated my property and I would recommend them and their company to EVERYONE. Their pricing is fair and their ATTITUDES are GREAT. Keep up the good work Cely and Team. I am excited about you all building my pool.

Very professional from start to finish. Stayed in contact throughout. The staff was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. No pressure sales people. They were all about pleasing the customer. I already sent out recommendations to my friends. I LOVE my new screen room. I would definitely use this company in the future.

N and V did an EXCELLENT job screening in my back patio! I am very particular when I have projects done around my home but N and V did exactly what I asked for. I have ZERO complaints! They were very professional in explaining the details of the project and what I should expect. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. Needless to say, I am very satified with the outcome and I would highly recommend N and V ! I never sat outside on my patio due to mosquitos and bugs but now I'm out there every day.
