When we moved to Houston from the East Coast several years ago, we were in for a major change. It was hard not knowing anyone -- or anything. We started getting Tammy Trevino's Forest Lifestyles shortly after moving in, and it was an amazing help. We got to know our neighbors and had immediate referrals to trusted service providers. It was something we looked forward to each month, and I became one of Tammy's feature article writers shortly after. She runs a great publication and is so friendly and helpful -- she and N2 made a tough transition a little easier!

Annie Davenport is unequivocally a neighborhood treasure! We have lived in our home for 6 years and it wasn't until Annie and N2 came along that we started to get to know our neighbors. Our community is scattered because of geography and private schools and everyone pulls into their garages through electric gates and it is hard to meet the people that live next door to you or on your street. Enter Annie and the magazine and all that is changing. Through her hard work and people skills she is significantly improving the way our neighborhood communicates. Of course you don't turn a battleship on a dime, it takes miles of planning to make that happen, but Annie's dedication to the N2 mission of culture and community are making a difference. She is a force to be reckoned with and I may be somewhat biased but the Preston Hollow Life publication is first rate. I am proud that the content is about our lives, pets, family, charities, and neighborhood. Annie makes all that happen and more and it makes me wonder how you reward someone that gives so freely of themselves? The best way I know how is to spread the good word about Annie, the magazine, and N2 to everyone who will listen.

This company SCAMMED us out of our hard earned money! They continue to bill us for services we have not received. Our area representatives disappeared, they stopped answering phone calls and emails, stopped providing services, and still continue to bill us. I contacted the company and can’t even talk to a live person. They will only communicate through email with contrived automated responses. They said we can’t cancel the contract, but how can they charge us money for services they didn’t provide!? Turns out a lot of people feel this way. If you read all their reviews, the good ones are mostly from all the people that work there and the bad ones are from people who have had their money taken. I’ve been collecting the names and stories of countless people and I’m going to go to Eye Witness News, 60 minutes, the Better Business Bureau, and anyone who will listen until this is set right. They say they value value family and Christian values, but if you Google them everyone says they are fraudulent company and a scam. We signed up after a five hour long intense sales pitch, and it was the worst mistake ever. My husband works so hard to support me while I am in graduate school and our baby, we can afford to have hard earned money flushed down the drain like this

N2 Publishing is a game changer! Our monthly community magazine keeps us in the know for community events, local contacts, as well as locally owned businesses. My wife and I race to the mailbox just to be the first to read this every month and these magazines are proudly displayed on our coffee table. We enjoy seeing who is on the cover and read about what is happening in our diverse and growing neighborhood. Laura Capes Terry is the local publisher for our neighborhood and I can't tell you how delightful she has been in highlighting our community programs and personnel within. Our family was recently chosen to be the spotlight for an upcoming issue and Laura aligned a local photographer (Jennifer Rudolph) and editor (Jenny Campbell) to make the process seamless and worry free. A definite must have if available in your neighborhood!

Steve Kraft took over our neighborhood newsletter a few years ago. Every month the publication is just beautiful. It’s a tremendous improvement from what we had before. Our community is one where people go home and really just stay behind their gates. He’s done a wonderful job of bringing our community together and meeting neighbors. I look forward each month to receiving the newsletter. It’s always nice to read about a new (or old) neighbor.
