NAI Summit

It's amazing that this company collects $200 from residents in their communities to write unwarranted complaints about other residents and won't put any time or effort into taking care of the property you pay for and ignores requests to take care of things they are responsible for. Months of request to take care of very simple things that were written into the contract have been ignored, but unwarranted complaints, they don't miss a beat! You pay $200 a month to be harassed and bothered. I wouldn't recommend buy a house from someone who uses this company as the HOA. Unless however you like to spend your days writing complaints, then this is a top notch company!

I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism in this Market! I just moved from The west coast to start a business in Allentown, as I'm driving (in Allentown )I'm coming across commercial property (availability) and I place a call to the number/s posted, inquiring about a property that has a "now leasing" sign and the lady that answered the phone could not help me find the location I was referring to. I've been calling other agencies all day and they have ALWAYS been able to find the location I'm referring to. NaiSummit you just lost a pontential client due to the incompetence of your staff.
