Make an appointment, they bring you in right on time. Bring a mask or they charge you $1 for one. I absolutely appreciate the fact that if you tell them you want nail art, they give you a tech who knows how to do it. The girls even community via text on what type of look you're looking for. They have all the nail polish swatches to look at if you get there earlier than your appointment time. I'm not big on getting my nails done, but I have gone to quite a few places prior to coming here, and so far this is the best one. The nail art came out really nice, wish the girl went a little more creative, but she was able to recreate the photo almost perfect, which that by itself is good for me.. Did a full acrylic set which was a set $100, but with tax so a little over $104. And of course, please tip your techs. Overall a great experience. The girl did a very meticulous job.

the lady doing my nails for gel extensions had no idea what she was doing. Completely messed up each nail shape, and length. couldn’t do a simple french tip and not even a full hour after leaving two of my nails popped off. These were 95$ btw and took her about 3 hours for something simple. also wanted my eyebrows waxed that they agreed to doing before hand but told me that they couldn’t do them anymore because they didn’t have people to do it. Do not come to this overpriced and inefficient business.

Got a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and a foot massage and it was lovely. It's now been 7 days and since I got all this I have been in the ocean non-stop & I have zero chips on my nails. It did take two hours + for these services but I guess good things take time.Services: Foot massages

Be very careful booking your appointment here. I spelled out the 3 services I was looking for on text. My appointment was confirmed. When I arrived they only had me down for one and couldn't accommodate. It's frustrating as I made the appointment in advance and had planned around it. If you're looking for a great place, Creative Nails on Monsarat is the best.

Host treats you like just another number . Tech was nice and ok. As she was placing the gel . I noticed there was a gap.I mentioned to bring it closer to the cuticle. She said okay and kept placing it with a gap . So I walked out with nails done looking like I had it done a week ago with the gap she left .

Might as well be a butcher shop with how many times the woman cut me. She also messed up several nails and tried to move on. They were so obviously missing nail polish. They also charge $1 for a mask even though they work behind a partition. Don’t come here.

Could give zero ruining my time on vacation. Extremely rude and no idea what she and employee does. My nails got so week from grinding too much and fell off all tips next day and they didn't even feel sorry about it. I was told come back later to fix them when they are "available".

Both mani and pedi were very relaxing! No annoying television blaring. They had music playing softly in the background. Very attentive staff and salon is kept clean. Highly recommend. It was kind of difficult for us to find though. Awesome placeServices: Manicure

My nails looked better before I went. The entire experience was uncomfortable and I felt like I was an inconvenience. My nails have caught on my pockets twice since I left and they’re all cut crooked. I’d stay clear.Services: Manicure

Walked in without appointment and got my daughter gel nails done with 3D flowers . Little language barrier but was okay experience
