The worst experience I have ever had! I had a French Gel Manicure done here and three days later ate nutts and my tips turned brown. I went back to the salon and they refused to fix it and said it had to be from hair dye. I go to other salons all the time and get a French manicure and have never had this problem! They obviously have a polish quality issue and their view on Customer Service is horrific. They wanted to charge me for a whole new set of nails. Their prices are very $$ comparison to others. Don’t go here!
Decided to get powdered nails with tips here. First, they made my nails look extremely chunky and bubbly. When I try to take a look at how they were cutting my nails, the technician would tell me to stop moving my hands. I work on a computer and don't do anything strenuous. Not even a week later, one of my nails just falls off... I paid $90 $75 + tip for this and is just not worth it. Do not recommend coming here.
I’m not from Denver and I conveniently walked past this nail salon. I thought they did a great job at my manicure and were very polite with me.
I went here with my mom to get our nails done for my wedding. They did such a wonderful job with my french manicure! Their attention to detail and calm atmosphere were just what I needed before the big day.
Really took their time shaping/cleaning/trimming the nails and getting the polish just right did pedicure and gel manicure. One of the longest mani/pedis I’ve had bc most of the time I feel like people just rush you through but I appreciated all the care and diligence they put in!
They were able to take me within an hour of me calling same day and during the appointment were fast, professional, and made my nails look great. Would definitely come back.
Not sure who these folks are that posted negative reviews but I've been coming to Nail Day for 2 years and it's awesome. The pedicures and manicures are top notch and the staff is friendly. Go on a weekend for a free shoulder/neck massage while at the drying station. That alone is worth the visit. It's a charming , clean salon and the loyalty card gets you a free manicure or $15 off your next service after 10 visits.
Not the greatest, maybe I'm spoiled. If you're doing mani-pedi's they don't do them simultaneously they move you over for the manicure at the end of the pedicure. Also the technician did my French manicure by trying to draw the line instead of just using the large brush to let it do the line not explaining this well and while she did work very hard on it it didn't turn out as well and less than a week later my nails are all chipped. It also took forever, almost 3 hours for mani-pedi's! Also the upgraded anything was very expensive.
First time at Nail Day Lodo salon and the experience was horrible! I regularly get my nails done with dip powder at a salon a bit further so I came here due to the location. This was by far the rudest nail tech I have ever encountered. She seemed angry and at some point would mutter something and throw my hands around. It was painful and her attitude was extremely nasty I almost apologized for having gone there. Too bad because it is conveniently located for me and some of the other nail technicians seemed nice and friendly. Never going back and would not recommend.Service: Manicure
