The entire experience from start to finish is amazing! The customer service, comfortable yet stylish salon, incentives and more! Not to forget the tasty wine and I’m not easy to please when it comes to my nails. It’s the ambiance of it all for me!

I had a private nail tech at first but I stopped here on a whim and I'm in love. They're fast, friendly and courteous and provide excellent service. Can't wait to get my nails redone this afternoon!

All “Nail Trix” are not created equal. I had the unfortunate pleasure of finding out the hard way. The level of customer service and talent in this place is amazing. I’ve always left a happy customer. Everyone there is always pleasant and attentive to my needs. The wine is also a nice bonus

I drive from VA once a month to see Vin and his team. That should tell you all you need to know. 5 Star Service at every turn. Very professional and welcoming.. We Fam at this point!!

So the service here is very nice but although i will say i got my nails done friday and now it’s tuesday and my gel polish on my nails are chipping!! i am very disappointed because i paid $100 for my nails my pedicure is fine but my fill in gel polish is chipping and i got them done 4 days ago!!
