Nail Trix

Was not satisfied with my nails. Feel like they were done in a rush. Never going back. Daughters nails horribly done also.

I’m pretty impressed with how my acrylics came out. When filing my nails the male did cut me twice but he apologized for it both times.

I went in for a mani and pedi. Gel nails. Man was rude. Took a long time for pedi. Cut my toe nails super short. When it was time to do my nails. He said do you want me to do your nails or go! Because I did not move fast enough from the chair to the nail table. Yelled at me .Go! Go! I do not like you. I believe his name was Chris. Owner came out to see why he was yelling. Older man started to do my nails then a lady took over. Nails were done good. Very bad customer service. I wanted to cry and run away.

My regular nail salon was extremely busy, so I thought I would give this place a try. Lesson 24 hours later I had a broken now. I went in the next day to have it fixed and was utterly rushed, and they created that nail huge compared to my other nails. They decided to only put one coat of polish on as they were busy. As my nails have grown out just a bit because it's only been a week, I can see just how choppy of a job they did. It's sad that I now have to go see my regular nail salon a week later to have my nails fixed. I guess that means I learned my lesson!
