I walked in for a eyebrow wax & seen “eye brow tinting” so I thought I’d try it & she made my eyebrows too dark and I’m a brunette with a blondish red beard. I told her it was too dark and she said it’s going to lighten up but even if it lightened up it would still be too dark. I look crazy & don’t even want to leave the house looking the way I do. I would like a refund. Too embarrassing to post a photo.Service: Waxing
One star for the lady who did my daughters menu, pedi. I on the other hand was not happy at all! The whole time the old man was doing my nails I felt anxious because of how he was doing my gel set. He doesn’t seem to know what he was doing and was aggressive while pulling my finger towards him. And as you can see on the photos the nails doesn’t seem natural like how other nail salon would do it!! With the amount he charged me it should’ve been a whole lot nicer!! I want a refund or at least fix my damn nails!
Clean environment, friendly staff, and I'm always happy with my nails when I leave. My favorite pedicure is the volcano spa, where you get a nice detox bubble fizzle foot bath.
Over priced. I paid for a deluxe and it was the least thorough. Only certain techs are thorough.Tiffany was a "great talker". Be mindful when they ask questions in a subtle way. Most are pushy with upsale. Even the nail tech who is not doing your service is pushing sales. I understand pandemic makes businesses slower especially when there's contact. This doesn't mean you should make your clients pay for it. Treat others how you want to be treated.
All of the staff have been welcoming and accommodating at this nail salon. Have been coming here to get my mani/pedi for a couple of years now and I always have a relaxing experience!
I came here because my husband had gotten me a gift certificate for mother's day but enjoy my experience. Everyone was nice and very accomodating and nice but more than that, the woman who did my pedicure did a great job. The work stayed perfectly in tact for 3 weeks which is rare for me so I was very pleased.
I usually do my own nails but decided to treat myself since this weekend is Mother’s Day. I was on a time crunch so I got the basic pedicure with gel polish. Somehow, I ended up being charged $70+ dollars for a 30 minute pedicure. I don’t know what I paid extra for because the lady I asked couldn’t really speak English, and the pamphlet she showed me said $30 for a pedicure and $25 extra for gel which is ridiculous in the first place. I can buy an entire bottle of OPI Gel polish for under $20 in which will last for 10+ pedicures. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place. If zero star was an option, that is what I would’ve chosen.
Overpriced- charged 25$ to remove shellac polish and a manicure without any polish. Unprofessional- right away the manicurist pushed me to get gel to upsell me even though I explained that my nails were cracking and too thin. She touched my nails and kept saying it’s normal they’re not thin. My nails are paper thin and have been cracking in the middle.. then when she removes my gel she scrapes them with a metal tool, the file, buffer and machine. In my experience, this is not a good way to safely remove the polish especially when the client is concerned about the health of her nails. Poor quality manicure- she didn’t even shape my nails, check that they were even or check for spots she missed. My nails were all different shapes and lengths and still had shellac on them. I asked her to finish taking off the polish and her first response was “It’ll come off when you wash your hands I didn’t get it all because it hurt you”. If I’m paying 10$ for removal, it should all be gone. In the end, I went back home and had to fix my nails. I will never come back here and would not recommend. I believe the manicurist should have listened to me when I said my nails were cracked and thin and been more careful when removing the gel. Also, she should have just done her job right and given a full manicure which includes shaping. I don’t see why I have to pay for a crappy manicure especially since she didn’t even have to paint my nails.
