I went to the salon and got a many pedi, the lady was slapping my feet to get out of the water. The nail tech also got mad at me for accidentally getting my toes ruined because she had me walking bare feet to her station with wet nails. The nail tech left nail polish on the side of my fingers. After I took the gel off my nails had hard white stuff. The hand massage was rushed and not quite nice. Very aggressive, but not too harsh. Nice boss! Always checking on customers!Services: Pedicure

I had a great gel manicure and pedocure. The floors needed to be cleaned though.

I came in for an acrylic removal. One lady started me and then left to do a wax. She told me she would be back in 20 mins. She never came back! Another tech took over and had her drill on so high she was burning my natural nail. She ends up leaving mid service to do a pedicure. So another tech came over to finish the service. But this tech was in training so she didn’t know what she was doing. 3 techs, 4 finger nail foil wrap removals later & a hour & a half of my time wasted just to be unhappy. I have never been treated this badly by a nail tech. Long story short, after showing the tech what I wanted & redirecting her to correct my shaping, she became visibly frustrated and it just went downhill from there. I asked for my nails to be taken off because I hated everything about it. She yanks my hand and after cutting them find she shoos me away! Needless to say, I will never step foot in this establishment

I really can't even begin to describe how bad this place is. I went in for dip and they literally ended up putting it over my cuticle on to the skin on my finger. She also ripped a bit of the skin off my finger when she was sanding down my nail. Their tools did not look clean and now I worry I may have an infection. They were rude and on top of everything they charged me $50. The only thing I liked about the experience/ product was the color. I do not recommend.

One of the ladies broke Half of my girlfriends real nail off trying to take off her fake ones and manager still insisted it wasn’t a problem and tried to make her nail tech still do her nails for the money. She was inside for 15 minutes, didn’t even offer first aidbandaid or anything, or any type of discount as an apology.. Nail still healing after a month and 2 weeksService: Nail art
