Great neighborhood spot for yoga and very reasonably priced! There are donation based classes if you are on a tighter budget. It’s a small class so make sure to reserve ahead of time bc it’s easy for it to fill up! On the up side I like the small classes and personal attention from teachers.
Began taking classes with the community donation-based classes, and eventually joined as a member. I enjoy getting to know the teachers and have grown a lot in my yoga practice during the 2 years I have been taking classes here. Have benefitted from deep tissue massage when dealing with chronic tension headaches as well.
The people are nice enough, and they have a pretty good schedule... but it's in a storefront, and it feels that way. It's often too cramped to do the form properly, and the air is stale. The loaner mats smell mildewy. I'm also not a fan of some of their teachers, who seem inexperienced or just have a teaching style I find grating.
Cute studio! I like their aesthetic.
I've taken two classes here now, with Pam and Sean and they were both incredible instructors! I'm somewhat of a beginner to yoga and they were both super helpful and kind and made me feel very relaxed. They space is so cute and minimalist, filled with plants and very easy to get comfortable in.
Lovely little studio in the neighbourhood. I wish the space was a bit bigger, but the atmosphere and quality instruction will keep me coming back.
