Name Game/Travelers has been around for over 38 years serving local and international customers with personalized goods.

Story

The first Name Game stored opened in the Mall Of Memphis in 1994. Name Game store product mix would change , offering gifts and apparel for the greek and fraternal markets. The core of the business which is personalized apparel, advertising specialties and business promotions would not change. With state -of-the art computerized embroidery equipment, over 50,000 embroidery design choices would be offered. Mall shoppers were targeted and encouraged to bring their own items in to be personalized. In some cases embroidery services could be provided while customers shopped the other stores in the Mall. In an effort to franchise the company stores we partnered with Global International, registering Name Game in thirteen cities. The CEO and owner of Global International became ill and abruptly died. Other members of Global International were not capable of handling the operations, the company folded in late 1994. Our franchising effort was moved to the back burner.
In 2001 the second Name Game store opened in the Hickory Ridge Mall. And the third Name Game opened in the Southland Mall in 2006. The Mall Of Memphis and Hickory Ridge stores would later become the victim of both Malls closing . Name Game in Southland Mall and Travelers Apparel Company remains vibrant.
