NAPA Auto Parts - Caldwell Auto Supply

I was ready to be a new customer as I’m new to the area. Knowing their prices aren’t the best but hoping convenience and customer service would make up for it. I bought 8 spark plugs to swap out and they gave me 4 of the wrong kind. Didn’t notice the model number difference until I was halfway done with the job. Had to drive all the way back and they told me “all we can do is say sorry, nothing else no discount or anything to compensate you for our error.” I won’t be going back since they wouldn’t even be willing to work with me on something like this. I won’t recommend anyone to go there either. Plenty of other auto part stores right in the same area. I recommend going elsewhere, not here.

Will do price matching. Sometimes they're more expensive than others. Will get the parts that you need. Helpful friendly
