Napky Contractor Services

We have had Eliu Napky work on two projects at our home. In both opportunities he was always on time, honored his commitments, did a fantastic job, always very professional, pointed us to better alternatives than we had originally thought of, and always making safety a priority. He is very reliable, and we would definitely recommend him for any major or small project.

We contracted with them to install soft drops for our our new office build out. They completed the work within the quoted price despite delays in our construction that were not related to them. Customer service was excellent and Napky was very responsive. Eliu- the electrician who worked with us- went above and beyond to deliver connectivity and I highly recommend Napky Services.

Napky Services provided all the characteristics of a shady, unprofessional contractor. First, Napky Services quoted me a favorable price to install a ceiling fan and after the agreement to do service, they came back with a significantly higher price. The contractor explained the work done was more extensive than he originally quoted and I accepted the new price. Two weeks later, 2 nights before the project Napky services texted me to confirm the install. The contractor gave me a time and I responded "That is fine, when you have a better estimate please let me know so I can meet you there." This was in direct response to his time message, no price was discussed. The Napky contractor proceeded to flip out via text saying that he can not work on my project because he thought I was talking about price again. I followed up with a few text messages to clarify and there was no response. The following day I called and he refused to do the service. Unprofessional. I can only imagine the service would have been underwhelming too.

Napky was the only electrician who followed up with me after I experienced outlet problems at my house. He was patient and explained everything very well. Highly recommend.

After realizing that a just-delivered range couldn't be installed as the previous one had been hard-wired and there was no outlet, I called Napky. Contractor Services. The electrician was at my door two hours later, the job was done quickly and professionally, and for slightly less than the price he'd quoted over the phone. Highly recommended.

Eliu Napky arrived on time n immediately diagnosed our problem - a faulty GFI knocked out our outdoor Christmas lights as well as some other electrical outlets. He went about fixing the problems quickly n also looked over our other outlets and even our junction box and pronounced everything in working order which gave us piece of mind. He was inexpensive compared to other electricians we have used n we would highly recommend him. MV
