I didn't have a great visit the first time I went in. Needed a cleaning... Was told I would need X-Rays. I was informed that my old dentist could send them. They did, yet I was still required to get everything done in advance. There were 7 or 8 people working and it was like the left hand wasn't talking to the right hand. I was required to make a second appointment for the cleaning... Fingers crossed it would be a better experience. Went in for that and didn't have much better of an experience. The cleaning took MAYBE 15 minutes. Fastest cleaning ever. I never saw the dentist and the hygienist working on me didn't say a word until we were finished. Said I had "heavy bleeding" and 2 cavities. Interesting... 34 years old and have never had a cavity in my life. The vibe here is not great, and I won't be back. Very disappointed in my experience here and would not recommend this place to anyone. Hope I can find someone better that accepts my insurance. Oh, and when I left, the lady behind the counter said, "Call us in 6 months." EVERY dentist I've had in the past will call me/email me/text me when it is time to schedule another appointment. Just not what I would expect from such a high end dentistry in Naples, Florida.

I gave them a 4 star rating because of their inconsistency. Let me begin by saying their work is great. The dentist is brilliant and the main hygienist is great. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Now the reason for the 4 star and not the 5 star rating is they have the front desk who gives and manages quotes; these girls are friendly enough but they aren’t accountable for incorrect quotes. You get a $1500 quote but they tell you your insurance is going to pay 50% so you have it in mind your 1/2 is $750 but then you get the work done and oops the insurance company isn’t paying for porcelain crowns they only pay for silver crowns but we don’t work in silver. That’s an additional $200. So now your $750 quote turns into a $950 quote. All of a sudden there goes the 50% we were supposed to have paid. The last hygienist assistant who helped the hygienist was really rough. They need to iron out some of their personnel problems. It’s lack of training. Perhaps they hire people “with experience” and expect them to come in fully trained in how to handle customer and patients but they’re not. That’s my 2 cents.

I went to my initial exam May 2018 because my insurance had changed. In the past I had gone to the same dentist for years and was sad that I had to change dentists. First of all they said my insurance, Delta, would cover all X-rays. First lie, I had to pay an additional $65. Second lie was they told me I had serious periodontal disease that needed to be addressed immediately for $555 every 2 months. Third lie was I had to have all four of my cavities refilled. The reason I know these were lies is that I returned to my previous dentist, decided to pay cash to see if their diagnosis was correct. Guess what, their treatment plan for me was TOTALLY INCORRECT. My dentist confirmed my suspicions that Naples Center For Cosmetic Dentistry is a fraudulent practice praying on people who will not check and see if their treatment plan is accurate. I am beyond appalled that they tried to rope me into paying thousands of dollars for NO REASON. I am a 60 yo woman with enough intelligence to check and reconfirm that they are preying on unsuspecting individuals. DONOT go to Naples Center For Cosmetic Dentistry as they are CROOKS!!!!

My good friend was in dire need of an emergency dental visit and received one the same day. She received a tremendous new patient appointment, quality care, a reasonable treatment plan, and is healing nicely. Thank you!

I Love this office, I had to switch Dentist for Insurance purposes, and I super lucked out! The staff here is tremendously helpful and Knowledgeable! I am sooo Happy with the work Dr. Mendez has done with me and again his staff is Phenomenal! I followed his Practice to their new location, due mostly to the young ladies in the front Virginia, Michelle, and Celia! the handle Insurance like nobody else.. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!
