Just finished up getting new hardwood floors with the design help and expertise of Nara tile. This is my third project working with Ceren and she is the best. Previously I’ve done tile in two bathrooms and finally hardwood flooring throughout the rest of the house. This flooring is the main flooring in my house. It's everywhere except the bedrooms and bathrooms so it was a huge and difficult decision for me. I was very happy with the design process with Ceren and I completely trust her guidance. She’s very creative, knowledgeable and great to work with. Most of all, I am extremely happy with the results.  I love it.  I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t think she was the best.

Almost a year ago we started looking for tile to remodel/repair our master bathroom. We had discovered a leak in the bathtub/shower wall and originally tried to repair the wall by re-grouting it but realized it was a temporary fix, at best. We visited a number of tile stores there are a lot of them in the area and found a dizzying array of available products – everything from marble and granite to porcelain tile. While visiting some stores in the Dublin and Livermore area to look at stone, vanities, and bathroom fixtures two stores recommended we check out Nara Tile. We are so pleased we did! Not only are they friendly like most but not all stores and have a terrific selection of products but they are very knowledgeable with an excellent sense of style. They guided us to some terrific materials including Schluter’s water proof underlayment and Ditra-heat for heating the tile floor. With the help of Avi at Nara Tile and a terrific contractor, we remodeled our master bathroom and powder room. We wanted our master bathroom to have the look and feel of a high-end modern hotel and eliminate any concern about potential water damage in the future. The results were better than we could have imagined. Avi suggested we take home some sample tiles to see if they worked in our space. Until I stepped on them in the morning with my bare feet, I never understood why people would spend a lot of money on beautiful tile for their floors and then cover them with rugs. Tiles are cold! While I originally thought installing heating under tile was a luxury, the cost wasn’t prohibitive, so we decided to install the Schluter products Avi recommended. Four months after completing our master bathroom, we decided to remodel our guest bathroom. The existing bathtub/shower was off-level by a half inch and had been a headache for years. We always had to wipe up water from the shower puddling on the floor. I knew it was only a matter of time before we had a problem with dry rot. The guest bathroom was particularly challenging because of its small size 147” X 67” and our desire to make it barrier-free and separate the shower from the bathtub. Even though we prefer showers and haven’t used our bathtub in years we knew eliminating the only remaining bathtub we had eliminated the tub in the master bathroom would hurt resale. Working with our contractor, we designed the guest bathroom with a sunken tub but were having trouble choosing the tile for the shower floor, bathroom floor, and walls. Ceren and Avi listened to our needs and desires and guided us to a really terrific combination of floor and wall tiles. We again installed Schluter waterproof underlayment and Ditra-heat under the tile floor including the shower. The attached before and after pictures show the results.

The design came out great, they were on time and the best pricing for a good quality products. I get compliments on my bathrooms and my floors all the time. Ceren was great to work with. A great experience dealing with Ceren at this store while we remodeled our home. Great choice of stuff, competitive prices were just the initial good experience. But there were certain items that needed to be exchanged and Ceren went out of her way to take care of us. An overall great experience doing business with these folks. Highly recommended.

When we bought our house 3years ago, the tiles around the 2 fireplaces living room and family room were a mess ugly and the kitchen did not have back-splash. See Before Photo. We worked with multiple locations to find replacement tiles & stones... The staff at Nara tile spent the time to visit the house, reviewed the requirements and gave us great recommendations. They were extremely helpful and willing, full of knowledge and patience; they spent hours ensuring our whole family including the kids liked the stones, picked the perfect ones. The prices were very competitive, the quality and looks were awesome; where it was no brain-er to go with Nara tile. In addition, they recommended a very well priced installer to get the tiles to install and they look phenomenal: We LOVE the final product & our guests love it. I am sure this added a great value to our new house, but most important of it all, my wifey loves our house. She is happy, we are happy! We have been and will continue to recommend Nara tile to all of our friends and everyone I know is looking for such service and products; I wanted to take the time to share my thoughts and photos of the actual finished product with everyone here. We were referred to Ceren owner by our contractor, John Hagenbach. We bought a fixer-upper built in early 70s, original. We were doing a full interior remodel of our house and searching for engineered hardwood flooring, floor and wall tiles for master bathroom, floor and wall tiles for guest bathroom, floor and wall tiles for laundry room, kitchen tiles for backsplash and quartz countertop. We made an appointment with Ceren highly recommend to make an appointment as she is busy. We shared our inspiration pictures from Pinterest and Houzz and described the look that we wanted to achieve and also our budget. Not only that Ceren was very reasonable with her pricing, she helped made our vision come to life!! Engineered hardwood - because there are hundreds and hundreds of options, it took us sometime to decide on the color, width, and style for engineered hardwood floor. Ceren was very patience and walked us through a process of elimination and finally we chose one. Even after we made our choice, my wife and I were still not 100% confident, but Ceren convinced us that it would look good. And wow, does it look great!! We LOVE our floor!! We would not have picked if it wasn't for Ceren's suggestion and patience with us. Everyone that came to our house never fails to complement our flooring. Great choice, Ceren ; Tiles - Ceren has great eyes for designs!! After seeing our inspiration pictures and making sure she fully understands our vision, we worked on each room at a time. We knew we wanted to invest in our master bath and make it feel luxurious, so she helped pair several different white marble looking tiles and even drew the layout for us. Everytime we use the master bathroom, we feel like we are the Ritz Carlton! As for guest bath, we wanted to stay within a fair budget, so she gave us several options but ensuring that it would still look clean and modern. We wanted something unique for the laundry room and Ceren helped us choose some bold and beautiful tiles. As for the kitchen countertop, she read our mind and it took us one second to say yes to the countertop that she chose. Amazing!! All tiles that Ceren selected came together beautifully. We are extremely happy we went to Ceren. In addition to the above, Ceren helped us above and beyond... Our house was built in the 70s and the main-floor was not the same level throughout the house. She convinced us to install recess lights on the steps so that our guests are well aware of the elevation change. Not only does it work for safety precaution, but the lights that Ceren suggested make the design of our house even more beautiful. In summary, we HIGHLY recommend Nara Tile. CEREN IS AMAZING! We just came back to Ceren recently to order stone veneer to remodel our exterior. Ceren made great suggestions, as always!! The prices are very reasonable!

Customer service is non-existent at this shop. I've placed 2 orders for approximately $10,000 worth of the tile. The first went fairly well, but the second absolutely sucked. I called to see if the order was in. It took 10 days to return a call to tell me it was there. The first time they delivered part of the order for a fee. Each box weighs 70 pounds and there were about 3000 pounds of tile. The second order I called to ask again about delivery. Its been 5 days and no answer. I'm driving the 2 1/2 hours to Dublin from Fresno tomorrow to pick up the order myself. They're quick to write up an order and take your money, but don't expect any after-sale service.

Amazing experience. Got to the tile outlet first in Dublin, but here I got a much better price and quicker and cheaper delivery for the same tile. Never go somewhere else to buy tile.

Been to this amazing show room, lots of selections, great pricing. The sales person was helpful and patient and gave us a great price. We will definitely be back.
