We had a hot water pipe burst underneath our home today and were struggling to find someone to come out and help us. Natal’s made it out in two hours, had us fixed up in 30 minutes and offered us an HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan that we could not pass up. Rodney was our technician and he was very thorough, professional and helped us get our issue fixed and water back on in the home. My air conditioning went out so I called Natal’s to see if someone could come by and assess the problem. A gentleman called me back and told me that he would be by in about 1 hour and that there is a $250.00 fee for the assessment. I said no problem. When he arrived he told me that since my building is commercial, he would have to charge me an extra $50.00. I explained that he is incorrect as my building is zoned as a residential building. He then told me that since he has to walk further, I need to pay him more money. I the told him to please leave. I was planning on buying an entirely new system which would cost around 14k. Due to the owner’s greed, I will go with someone else.
