there’s only one reason i’m giving this one star instead of 5. Environment was friendly, short wait, quick to see doctor, really nice doctor and everything. But i don’t appreciate her saying “just gonna check your nose real quick” while she proceeded to BURN/CAUTERIZE the blood vessels in my nose. No warning, nothing. Then she proceeds to look at who i had came with and tell them “i cauterized his nose”. Every aspect of this place was great ! Just don’t appreciate the way the doctor went about literally burning me.

I appreciate the amazing service Katie offered me, she assisted me in obtaining records for a patient. I am always happy to come across staff who are kind, helpful and filled with positive energy it just makes my day. I am not one to post reviews, but she was excellent and just wanted to show my appreciation.

Dr. Poopat performed tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my son. He explained thoroughly all the concerns we had and took his time at every appointment. The medical staff made sure to make surgery day as comfortable as possible! My son healed quickly and sleeps so much better. Thank you Dr. Poopat.

Dr Poopat is an excellent doctor with a very efficient office.

I had a surgery for Tonsillectomy and Sublingual Tonsillectomy few years ago. My tongue was pulled too far out and ripped some tissues. After that, it is very painful to take in something warm and I have pain always. I am thinking of suing.

Dr. Poopat is an excellent doctor. He identified the cause of my headache, within minutes. Operated on me with kindness and compassion. Took all my worries away, within the hour. I should have come in a week ago. His staff is professional, kind, and courteous. I will be recommending this office to anyone who needs the best ENT, in SoCal.

Dr. Poopat is by far the best ENT Doctor in all of Inland Empire. I searched for a long time to find some one of his caliber. He takes his time with you explains what is going on and always fixes the challenge one is faced with; if everyone went to him many others would be put out of business he is top notch. Took my son twice due to nose issues and doctor only gave him nose spray was expecting some tests in second visit which doctor didnt see any need for. Took my son to Loma Linda hospital ENT, first visit doctor ordered blood work for autoimmune disorders and second visit put a camera up my sons nose. This is the type of importance all patients deserve. Please find a good doctor that will treat you with the most priority.
