THANK YOU VERY MUCH DOCTOR! In my experience I rarely meet people who does more than they are getting paid to do, but Dr. Natela Levi is an exception. We recently brought our newborn second child to her for consultation and were pleasantly surprised how much time she spent with us and how much caring she were. So, THANK YOU VERY MUCH DOCTOR!

Dr Levi is compassionate and has a great bedside manner. This mother of children of multiple ages knows how to connect with her patients. She truly believes in minimizing the amount of medications prescribed. She has a plethora of tips ready for any issue. Dr Levi has never had an issue with us contacting her outside of office hours, we don’t abuse the privilege and greatly appreciate it. We have been bringing our son since he was born. We love that she has infants scheduled on separate days and times for older children to reduce transmissions of childhood disease. We continued to bring our 8 year old son to her even though we moved to another county. Peace of mind is worth the travel.

I’ll make it simple – Dr. Natela Levi is a great doctor!!! She has over 20 years of experience. Julia from reception been there for many years. She is very nice and carrying person. I would say perfect for the job. She is always willing to accommodate you if you have urgent matter.

The best doctor and staff. I’ve been bringing my kids her for fours -fives years now. They are awesome, quick and reliable. The doctor Natela Levi is the best and the medical assistant is sweet!! The front desk is great too they completed school forms quickly and on the spot.

Dr. Levi is a great and caring doctor. She’s thorough and understanding and really takes her time to speak with you.

We are very lucky to have Dr Levi to take care of our baby! She has been very helpful and responsive during non-office hours. She also taught us many tips which I didn't expect. Great reception desk as well!

Dr. Levi herself is great. As for her front desk, especially the young girl with the huge blue eyes and dirty blonde hair who hardly ever wears makeup she has been absolutely rude the past couple times. Unfortunately my child will not be in this office again sadly due to the very poor and rude service of this 1 particular person. No pediatricians office should have nasty front desk staff that deals with infants, toddlers and older children every day including their parents. Dr. Levi please get a pleasant and happy front desk staff.

Absolutely irresponsible team. During ten days I sent an emails mentioning that the matter was urgent, I spoke three times with the receptionist. I was told that the physicals form for my child should have been done in a timely manner and since then never heard from anyone else. Ten days after I got the call from the very rude employee informing me that the form was ready, when she got my response that they were absolutely irresponsible and never got back to me at least to give me some information about the timeframe to get the forms ready. Instead apologies she started blaming me that I haven’t called them after two emails sent and three calls and didn’t reminded them about the form. Their iresponsiveness harmed my child who had to participate in tryouts in Basketball. So I am not gonna leave this matter as is.

Dr. Levi is the best! She is very attentive to her little patients. Moreover, she is caring, intelligent, and very clever. Dr. Levi is always helpful and there for you in emergencies, even at 1am in the morning. Office staff are always in good mood and polite. Dr's assistant Larisa is always kind, helpful and knows what to do and how to do. I recommend Dr. Levi to all parents if you want your kids to be in good hands!

I’m really glad that we’ve met Dr. Levi. She is very intelligent and knows her job very well. She always gives the life advices which help to develop the baby in a right way. Especially, if it is your first baby and you don’t know what to do with this tiny screaming cob. She taught me how to breastfeed, how to manage all the stuff with the baby. I appreciate that we chose the great doctor for our little girl.
