The Natick Visiting Nurse Association is the MetroWest area's premier free-standing, not-for-profit home health care provider.
Since 1899, the Natick VNA has been a vital resource - often the “safety net” - for thousands of individuals and families. We provide care at home for those recovering from surgery or other medical problems, following a hospital stay that is often brief.
We provide support to many frail, at-risk elderly individuals and help them to live with maximum independence in their own homes. We teach new parents how to develop sound parenting skills. And we support individuals at the end of their lives.
The Natick VNA serves more than 20 towns in MetroWest, including Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Franklin, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlboro, Medfield, Medway, Milford, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sherborn, Southboro, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, Westboro and Weston.
