NAPPS is a fantastic organization!!! I look forward to their annual forum (the 'in person' version :-) ) every year. Not only are the speakers & vendors outstanding but the opportunity to network with other business owners is priceless! In addition to the annual forums, they provide valuable resources throughout the entire year. The support team (paid & volunteer) is enthusiastic, responsive and incredibly supportive!!!

If you are in the pet care business or just a pet parent, you HAVE to be a member of NAPPS! I own a pet sitting business in Dallas, TX. Park Cities Pet Sitter, and NAPPS has been a key part of my success. They are dedicated to educating all and bringing professionalism to the pet care industry and have so many resources that will help anyone at any level. This is a non-profit organization made up of the most amazing volunteers. I started as a volunteer, then served on the board for a bit and to this day I still try to plug in by attending the amazing conferences and other opportunities that they have. The learning never stops...even after 20+ years for me...and I also like to share my experience with those that are newer to this world . JOIN TODAY if you are not a member. If you are a member then VOLUNTEER...THEY NEED YOU...even if you don't have much experience. It does not take much time and you will get so much out of it. YOU WON"T REGRET IT!

NAPPS has helped me with elements of my business that I would have had to pay a great deal to accomplish. I enjoy the fact this is a non-profit and have taken advantage of the many volunteer opportunities which allows me to feel connected to others in my profession but allows me to give back at the same time. The educational opportunities are so meaningful and have allowed me to gain knowledge and stay current.

NAPPS is committed to raising pet industry standards by providing members with high quality educational resources and networking opportunities. I've attended their conference the last three years in a row, and I wish so badly that I had started going when I first started my business because I would have grown my operations so much more quickly and easily. Everyone in attendance is so nice and so open to share their advice and listen to your questions. I've met not only successful business owners who I look up to, but people who I now call friends. NAPPS is truly life changing for entrepreneurs in the pet industry!

I can't say enough about this association. They are hands down one of the best places to learn the newest and latest in the pet sitting business. Napps does so much for their members. From hosting a conference to making sure that we have the latest forms for our business. If you are looking for a place to make your business the best you are here. Remember we are the leaders in our industry and NAPPS helps get us there.
