They specialize in swamp evaporative coolers, parts and service. They cater mostly to the contractor but are happy to help the do it yourself person also. They've always had everything I need in stock. Their prices rival the cheapest I've found, even on the Internet.

Had a problem with swamp cooler for my shop and needed services ASAP. Contacted Swamp Cooler and had excellent service from the jump and even better had service within 48 hours due to high volume. But these guys are really great answered every question about cooler, had ever part, and better yet I'm cool again which makes me happy, my employees, and better yet my customers. Asked them to bid a job for two swamp coolers in my warehouse. They wanted $50 to come out and do the bid. Never had anybody charge to do a bid, so I went somewhere else.

National Swamp Cooler doesnt work on residential properties, Doesnt disclose this on their website and when they went out a week later and say it was a residential property, didnt call back to say they couldnt fix because they dont work on residnetial. Poor customer service!
