Words cannot describe how much Randy Holland means to my sister and I after his exceptional service through such a difficult time. Like many of you who are probably reading this, you are experiencing the death of a loved one for the first time. After calling 10+ funeral and cremation services and feeling like we were being treated like a robot, we came across Randy at National Cremation Service of Riverside. On our very first call we 100% knew that we had reached the right company we wanted to do business with. Throughout the process, Randy was patient, understanding, helpful, caring, educational, and compassionate. He explained everything to us as if we were his own family and helped us understand every single detail of the cremation process and service to us. He continued to check up on us and went up and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with their service. In the event of another unfortunate death in the family there is no other place I would turn to other than Randy and the National Cremation Services of Riverside. I cannot recommend him enough. Very satisfied with National Cremation. From the day I purchased my package to now they have been fantastic. They were very accommodating especially when my wife died. They took care of my wife with dignity and made sure myself and my family was OK. They showed so much compassion. They have followed up with me after my wife's death offering their support when ever I need it. Everyone at National Cremation has been very supportive. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful at initial meeting. Communication broke down after that. We were not informed until we called to check on the status of the death certificate that the Dr had yet to sign it. My mom was somewhere waiting to be "processed" for over 5 weeks. Caused further and unnecessary heart ache.
Randy Holland was spectacular! Not only was he very explanatory and detailed in our initial calls, he was very communicative throughout the entire experience as well as empathetic. He was patient, understanding and flexible. If the need arises again, I would not hesitate to call him immediately.
I had my mom pass suddenly in 2019 and we went through this place for the cremation services and I cannot express how incredible the whole process was and how caring and heartfelt Randy was. He was very understanding and kind, and even went above and beyond for my situation when he didn't need to. I will never forget that and I will forever appreciate how well me and my family were treated during our time of grief. It made everything easier knowing that my mom was in great hands and handled with care. I can't recommend this place enough. losing somebody is awful and devastating but having somewhere that you know you can trust and that will go above and beyond for you, gives you peace of mind and time to properly grieve instead of stressing about cremation. they do this because they care and they want to make putting your loved ones to rest easier and it shows.
This place is the best and would definitely recommend. Randy Holland is such a sweetheart and made me feel acknowledged and genuinely cared about on what I was going through. Losing my mom has been the worst to go through, but Randy never rushed me and took good care of my mom. The process was smooth and went quickly and Randy explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Randy even went out of his way to call just to see how I was doing. National Cremation Service is exceptional because of their Riverside director, Randy Holland. He is such an incredible person. He took care of everything for me and made an extremely difficult situation easier than I could have imagined. He responds immediately and is helpful and comforting the entire way. He takes care of you as though you are a part of his family.
My parents purchased the services with National Cremation. I am so thankful as my father passed away a lot sooner than anyone expected. As the daughter who handled all of the medical stuff and phone calls, it was so nice to be able to call one number and have someone else handle everything. The staff and transportation folks were so kind, gentle, and allowed us to go at our own pace. They took care of recording the death, notifying the doctors, notifying social security, and ensuring the proper paperwork was filed to have his death recorded. They also arrange for the cremation and call with the date. Our assigned person, Latasha, had the sweetest voice and was so reassuring and calming. She answered my questions, let me know exactly what to expect and when, and kept me informed throughout. I would highly recommend their services. I was very happy with Lorraine's presentation of the National Cremation Service policies and prices. I paid almost $4000 for the cremation and ashes spread at sea, but that includes travel from wherever I am when I pass. Adding a viewing would have added about the same price, so I went without. Lorraine was kind and professional during her presentation. I would definitely recommend Lorraine and National Cremation Service.
Knowing absolutely nothing about how cremation worked, the director walked me and my family every step of the way, in explaining the process in how my father's cremation would be handled. Very polite. Patient. Overall very good experience. Makes you feel like only you and your situation is priority, and trust me, that matters a lot. I would definitely trust National Cremation Service for my own cremation without a doubt.
