Telephoned Electric department about a tree hanging on power wire on the road towards home. Truck came looks like a contractor with cherry picker set up and fixed the problem. Done!

Absolutely horrific service. Have no clue why was hired Gregory Knight. His team is so bad in it is service skills. Time for change!

it is crazy. we just moved in Weston, and we got a letter, if we don't call them to start a new service, my service will be interrupted. and i called them more than 20 times, can't reach anybody. any other company we can choose?
Very rude employees. Customer service takes forever to resolve issues. They act like they can't contact the technicians but they can. I had to wait 48 hours for my service to be turned back on. I am calling my lawyer. I will sue them. I can't wait to switch my service.
If you need to get something done with your account that can't be handled with their awful automated phone menu or limited web services, god help you.
