My wife and I are transfers from the now closed Chaparral and Hayden location and we're very happy with the whole experience. Dr. Reed and the whole front office staff are awesome. We are very glad we chose this location as our new go to place for all our eye care needs.

I've Been Going To Nationwide All Over Az For 17 Years And The Outstanding Faces Of Customer Service Are On Their Jobs & Like What They Do.Starting W/The Amazing Customer Service From Caring, Attentive, Kind Assistants LESLIE, SUMMER, ALAYSHIA & JACKIE!!! Can't Say Enough! Wonderful & Amazing DR.REED, Very Caring Concerned And Informative. Also Last However Not Least, Not To Minchen Superb Store Manager, TOM. A Caring Manager, He Does His Job Fast Smooth & Accurate. Ready To Work His Majic, Not Have Anyone On His Watch Waiting For Long. Also I Was Given A Possible 2 Week Wait For My Spec's, NO, Got Them In A Few Days. My Experience When I Arrived To When I Got My Spec's Was Everything Plesent And Good. Hard To Find These Days. horrible horrible terrible awful service the eye doctor really nice very helpful but lady’s in front all 4 of them terrible service never asked if they can help us my son first time getting glasses and they made it a horrible experience for him keep in mind he’s only 7 years old my son wanted black and gold ray ban and they said they wouldn’t work for him they didn’t want to open case to show us glasses after that we walked out went to their other location, 16th St. and camelback same glasses work perfectly fine do not waste your time coming here

It was my 5 year old daughter first pair of glasses. She was shy and nervous.Isabel the assistant manager was very sweet and calm with her.In a couple minutes she had my daughter trying on frames talk about favorite colors. She was making sure the glasses fit perfect.She notices the little details, that I would of never thought about.Iam glad she was there to help us out.Isabel answer all my questions regarding my insurance benefits.Went over all the lenses potions that were available for my daughter prescription.Amazing customer service.My daughter love her glasses!!

To be honest when I walk in the store,it was very busy.I thought of rescheduling my appointment for an other day .I thought to my self am going to be here all day.Special with a teen picking out glasses.Isabel was great on helping my teen choose her glasses.I was in and out! And she is Bilingual so I felt very comfortable asking her any questions that I had . I well definitely come again.

Dr Reed is top notch. The Best optometrist and I’ve met a lot!

whenever i make an appointment online, i don't receive an email, a call, or even a text to confirm my appointment. i think that nationwide needs to notify their customers on whether their appointments are still ongoing. i sometimes go to the location thinking that my appointment is on the day that i set it on, but i get greeted with "your appointment was changed"; so disappointing. considering on moving to america's best if this continues.

I was going to get my eyes checked at this location, but I was very disappointed with the customer service. First time I was there they had me fill out paperwork no big deal how ever they did not State to bring back to counter, girl at desk just fill out forms and wait in waiting room after 45 min.went to find out why the delay. Brando 1of the people working there came back asked for more info for insurance stated I was not using insurance and I was not going to fill out the paperwork. He started to cop an attitude very rude.

I just absolutely love the whole staff. We keep coming back, and they are always amazing!! Glasses back in under a week as well!

We came here with a prescription to pick out a pair of frames. Isabel helped us a great deal and we were seen quickly. Everyone who helped us was friendly and we are satisfied with the frames and great deal we got.
