I do not recommend this place for any reason, it is a totally bad service. I have been trying to get my daughter's contacts for 2 months. The first day I waited 3 hours and 20 minutes for the appointment, being the first to arrive. The second appointment did not attend me because they send a message with the wrong time. third appointment I arrive early and they tire me out because I go out with my other babies to the car and leave my oldest daughter who is the one with the appointment the bad service is incredible never in my life go back to that store where they make you waste your time ...The service is horrible, you can't waste your time
It was so frustrating for me to wait for a month for an appointment & sitting for 2 hours waiting & thinking you are in their schedule for an eye exam. But later on when I asked why nobody calls my name & they just simply say I am cancelled. It seems like I just went there to waste my time. Then they rescheduled me for next month so I have to wait for another month again. What a rediculous customer services indeed. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent customer service from Augustine even though they were about to close in 20 minutes! Glasses are excellent and only $100 out of pocket for all the options that I wanted. Happy camper
This place does not desrrve a star. Techs do not know how run new equiptment. Stay away ig you value your money.
This location is the worst. Period. Two months later and neither of my children have MEDICALLY NEEDED GLASSES. We paid for special frames, exams, and did everything right. Still. No. Glasses. After TWO months. Again, I paid cash upfront for everything. No outstanding balance. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Seriously, this is the most unprofessional operation I’ve ever dealt with. NOW I am wishing I went to Target or ANYBODY ELSE BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS. So please, be careful, especially if you don’t have money to throw away or play around with. SMH! Shame on this location! And answer your phones and do your jobs! Kids are waiting to be able to see correctly. School is starting!
I have been going to this location for about a decade despite it now being across town from me. I never got a return call to set up an eye appointment for an eye exam and new glasses so I had to go to a new location. I may consider going back here if I can manage to get an appointment. I like this location because there is a wide range of glasses to choose from.
This place needs more responsible receptionists! I have called so many times to this location & I can never get an answer I been needing to schedule an appt for my 8 yr old & I called just now they answered me and they were just typing & hung up on me rediculous! Need better service for sure .
This is a horrible location. When I took my daughter to pick out her glasses we waited for 90 minutes to be helped. The receptionist at no time asked if we had been helped and the technician who fitted her and placed her order ignored us. I had to ask if we would be serviced or not?! That was 3.5 weeks ago and we still do not have her glasses. Their customer service isn’t great let alone good. Calling is a struggle in itself if you don’t get hung up on it’s a battle to even get through.
I’ve always had good service from them and every nationwide that I visited. Nationwide has been making my glasses for many years and never had any problems.
This place is a joke!! They don't answer the phone they said they left a message 1x 15 days before I called but I didn't get any messages. A by the way they didn't try again if they did. They are rude. And they are not that busy to not answer the phone after 11am. Joke Joke... we go there for Nationwide name and reputation but the people they choose to represent this company in this off is questionable
