Did a root touch up with Julian. After sitting with color for 25min he told me he aplied wrong developer so he needs to wash it off and put something else on. He replied my roots at the sink sloppy for about 8 min and I walked out with hot roots. Photo bellow :/ Ive also done lashes there several months ago and they fell off 3 days later. My experience at this salon was pretty bad both times. Salon is stunning I wish the quality of work they provide was better.

I love this place my second home lol , they are very friendly and professional, great atmosphere and attitude , service is excellent!!!!! I get my hair done by Elaine and she’s amazing!!! I also get lymphatic massages done by Mercedes she’s amazing to !!!!

I made an appointment last minute for a blow dry due to a past minute social engagement. The reviews online were good and I decide to schedule an online appointment. As asked by the business, I was there 5 minutes before. I proceeded to the reception area and identified myself. I was asked to have a sit as the stylist was finishing another client. The stylist not only finished the client but decided to take a break maybe because the reception said she didn’t have anyone there. Upon waiting for 20 minutes and in order not to be late to my engagement I politely went to the receptionist and canceled my appointment. I there reasoning know “my stylist” was free is because there was a picture of her on the website I used to make the appointment. As the Dote tie of Operations foe 7 successful urgent cares, I know clients want their time to be respectful as so does the business. Unfortunately, that’s not the mentality at Natura SPA if you are a busy professional and your time is precious, I highly recommend you to think twice before making an appointment at this establishment.

I was blown away by the experience I had here! I had a facial with Dolores and a deep tissue massage with Lina. Both services were great- both ladies really paid attention to my requests and were so friendly. The facilities were super clean and aesthetically pleasing which contributed to a relaxing day. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place has a great atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. They were able to give me a private room to do my hair. Rose was my stylist and she did an amazing job with the color and style. Overall, I loved the experience!Services: Hairstyling

The staff here is very friendly, yes the prices are a little high but the service you receive is worth it .. Mauricio did an amazing job doing my hair and was very dedicated to get me the result I wanted, he worked on my hair for 4 and half hours and the results were amazing ..Services: Balayage

I’ve been here a few times for facials. Yesterday I had my facial done with Gloria and she made it such a lovely experience. I have to say that was the best facial I’ve gotten there. My skin definitely feels cleaner and on top of the facial, she recommended a skin care regimen. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love love the spa. Tammy was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and did and amazing job with my Brazilian bikini and full legs wax. It was my first time getting waxed I usually do sugaring but I think I'm switching to wax most definitely.Services: Brazilian waxing

I've been coming here exclusively for waxing with Tamny for a year and a half. Tamny is the best waxer I've ever encountered. She is extremely thorough, clean, and overall a wonderful person to have known. I especially love how thorough she is since no other person that has done my waxing has ever made sure that every hair is off. She never double dips and always sanitizes once finished. Her tweezing skills are incredible since I am never in pain when she performs it. She uses strip wax, and although others say that that kind of wax causes pain, it never does for me. Their prices are incredibly reasonable for me, and I'm happy that I can continue going for my monthly wax. I highly recommend that you go for waxing with Tamny.
