This place is great for people who are looking for high quality sport products/supplements and some really good advice. They have an excellent selection of vitamins, proteins, BCAA, and all other sport supplements that will help improve your performance. I am a regular customer, purchasing my favorite truffle cashew spread. I simply cant live without it! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They will suggest what fits best for you. I highly recommend them!

I've been going to Natural Body and Avenue U Sheepshead Bay for a few years and now that I'm back in training all my supplements are bought only from natural body and I get the best service from everyone there especially James we call him dr. James he knows his stuff he researches of products has all the info that you need on any supplement that you want to buy from the store if you're going to these other vs supplement stores which I choose not to use their name you're wasting your money and you're wasting your time we have the real deal and natural body you're the best and they will always be the best

I love getting my pre-workout drinks here, they have an awesome supply of all sorts of goodies, including Ghost. Anthony has been super helpful and friendly.

Update: Fast forward two years.. I decided to try this place again and Joe at the Ave U store was so helpful and nice. Answered my questions and was even able to order my items from their other location. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

They're always nice here. They seem to cater more to a fitness / bodybuilding crowd, but they have a pretty good selection if you're just looking for vitamins.
