The first time I met Milena she was caring and really heard me! I have suffered from fibromyalgia for years and doctors act like they don't hear me, or act like I am lying. Milena heard me and really listened to me. She has been a tremendous help with my fibromyalgia, allergies and other health issues. Milena takes your health and wellbeing to heart and does everything she can to help you. So thankful to have found her!!!!

About Dr. Safran I can only say the best things a couple years ago when I was struggling with my kids in the wintertime time been always sick and being always on antibiotic which I am against from, I found dr. Safran and she recommended to me natural way to keep up with my kids and my immune systems . This winter my kids got sick only ones for two days, thank you Dr. Safran for caring about my family. But it doesn't stop here every time I have my health question I call her because I know she will always have the best answer for me just like in the last time when medical doctor diagnosed me with seasonal elegies and start growing cataract and prescribe me drugs that would grow even bigger cataract and after my question dock can we just not taking this drug and tried to fix the allergy the medical doctor said no are you kidding me I would lose my job I knew again it's the time to call my favorite dr.Safran and ask her for help and again she came up with this best medicine that is all natural and does not create cataract and has no side effects but it helps me tremendously from my allergies which was making me miserable now, I'm back to being happy mother with three kids I'm so glad I found you Dr. Safran I wish you the best every morning and every day thank you !!! I have known Dr. Safran for many years and she has been taking care of me and my family for a long time. I have always been impressed with the depth of Dr. Safran’s knowledge of nutrition, homeopathy, and as a psychologist myself, her understanding of health being holistic and involving the mind and spirit as well as the body. From my own experience with her I know her to be a deeply caring person and provider of Naturopathic medicine who is always personally invested in her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with a specific problem or for their general wellbeing.

My first impression of Milena was she was very consumed with talking about herself. She asked very little of my situation and condition and when she did ask me something she interrupted me to talk about herself. The first visit was $150 in which she asked very little to then have me wait 2wks to get her "plan" for me which cost an additional $80. Her plan is nothing that you cant find on the internet about food combining. She said we would stay in contact as she needed to know how I was feeling till she saw me again in a month (which is another $80). She also had me purchase 2 herbs from Israel $60 each ($120 total) in which she would order in and have for my next visit. I ran into some medical problems on the eating plan and contacted her- no response- I contacted her again (days have gone by) she finally got back to me and says she will call me that eve. I gave her the times that worked and she never called. I emailed her several times over the course of a week only to have her finally email me saying why didn't you call me. I am out my $120 for the herbs she was to have got for me, she wont respond to at least giving me a refund for them since she never gave them to me. All in all her knowledge was nothing more then what you find on the internet. Also her personality is very hard and uncaring to the point where she was saying horribly cruel things to me like - Its my fault my parents put my cat to sleep without telling me because they where pet sitting her for me and that I'm responsible for her death. I'm crying already and she is hammering me with horribly cruel and untrue things. She is a con artist and you would do best to avoid her. UPDATE 2/18/16 Melina has been promising me for the last month she is going to mail out my refund of $120 only to keep saying she has forgotten to put it in the mail. She is rude in her emails and finally I told her she needs to put it in the mail tomorrow in which she said no Monday (which is what she keeps saying but every Tuesday she says next Monday) She is a scam artist to the fullest but a rather bad one at that because I have reported her in hopes of saving others from her scams.
