So I booked my appointment pretty much same day . My original stylist called out sick and my appointment had to be moved and some other issues that caused my appointment to start 2 hour later. But Terri herself is passionate about hair because she came in despite all the chaos and had wonderful customer service & did an amazing job . She accommodated to my needs and she was very positive . Thank you Terri Requested style: A Mohawk updo with some hair left out in the front because I’m going to add some jewelery and accessories to it Specialities: Natural hair . So I don’t blowdry my hair due to I don’t want any heat in my hair . I wash my hair at home and like to braid it to stretch out and comb through it so it does not hurt to comb my hair . When I explained it to Terri in my consultation she was able to work with me and very understanding . Hair type: So my hair is 4c and it’s less than 5 inches in an awkward stage . Stylist: Terri wasn’t my original style but she came through with am amazing attitude despite having to pick up my appointment last minute due to my stylist calling out sick . She had great customer service and a great attitude and did a great job my hair

I visited the Snellville location. My stylist, Shay, was very nice, patient and honest. I appreciated that she gave me multiple options other than just cutting all my hair and starting again! It needs to be cut, but it can be done gradually and that eased my mind. I have a natural braid style but my hair wasn’t tight at all like it typically is! That was a huge plus. The salon atmosphere was great, refreshments were available and I didn’t have a long wait at all. I will definitely be back, really soon!

My hair was washed, conditioned, blow-dryed and flat twisted. I had an awesome experience with Renee. I really really appreciate how she detangles. Very gently and thoroughly. The back massage machine while under the dryer, while putting your feet up was a nice relaxing surprise. My flat twists are perfect and Renee did them so fast!ServicesService not listed

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to the salon. Terri is amazing, she took great care of me. I felt very pampered, and listened to. I can't get over the relaxing shampoo chairs that recline, and being able to enjoy a back massager while sitting under the dryer. That was amazing. I also loved the scalp treatments that were available! Terri used two great products on my scalp from that line; the only one that was unavailable was the scalp scrub that she mentioned. She said it had run out, but that you all will get it reordered. But I absolutely love the pleasant, relaxing vibe, the warm atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the modern style/feel of the salon. Even the music playing was phenomenal. I went ahead and made my next appointment with Terri before I left that day. Thank you all for a really great salon experience!

Definitely coming back :- It was tough leaving my normal salon as I’d been going there for over 10 years, so I was hesitant to try somewhere new, but extremely happy with the results. Renee was amazing, she spent time on my hair, heard my problem areas and provided solutions. The salon was nice, Renee was extremely nice, she did not overbook, so while there it was all about me. I had an appt. for 10 am but the system registered it at 11am. Instead of having me wait, Renee apologized for the inconvenience and did not hesitate to take me. Although she had other clients, she did not rush my wash/blow dry appt. My hair felt so fresh afterwards and I really appreciated her help.ServicesBlow dry

The booking process was very easy and professional. I really liked Terri and she was kind. The only thing I would have wished was some advice when I asked for a Bantu twist out. Meaning , I wish I was told it would take over 3 hours to dry. I left unsatisfied but that’s because I didn’t want to wait another 3 hours for my hair to dry. But I would still recommend this salon to someone because they were professional.

I’ve been a regular here since 2019, but my last visit with Aaniah was a total letdown. I came to get some small/medium kinky twists, but the result? Not even close to professional standards especially the front section which was seriously lacking the fullness I was expecting on. Compared it to the pics on the website and it was a world of difference. For the price I paid, I was expecting a better work. I have done with style on MYSELF before and I did a way better job than a so-called “professional.” After this experience I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone. You'll end up just as disappointed as I was

My stylist, Paris, was friendly, social, gentle and completed the hairstyle I requested without issues-which was Marley crochet with perimeter leave-out. I also loved the salon environment. Everything was very clean, organized, and the Gospel music was great and uplifting-not too loud. Upon reviewing the website & prices, I would definitely come back for services & recommend this salon to others!

I came in today expecting my microlock retie to take 6-8 hours as they usually do. Terri washed, dried, and finished my retie in 3 hours! That has never happened before. She also provided EXCELLENT service by asking me throughout if I was alright and needed anything. I will absolutely be coming back for Terri. These are the best my locs have ever looked. I am SO happy with the service today. Thank you Terri!
