Natural White Advanced Teeth Whitening

Was very nervous about doing this since I have pretty severe teeth sensitivity, especially with the strips, but I felt great here! In just one visit, I was able to jump MANY shades and it was the easiest process. I am going back for a follow up visit, and I can't wait to see how much further we can get them. Staff was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process before we started which was awesome. Definitely recommend.

I recently set an appointment for my wife to go to this establishment for a whitening session, granted the purchase was made through Groupon nonetheless she had to take time off of work, make a 40 min drive to said establishment. Only to arrive early for her appointment and no one was there as in any case of making an appointment it is customary to arrive early in the instance any documentation needs to be signed, no one was there. I then messaged the number since no one answers the phone the entire length of business hours and was asked why she arrived so early for an appointment that their technician was late for. I will not be returning to this establishment and I am highly disappointed with not only the customer service aspect but the audacity as well.

Natural White of Charlotte, NC would be given the score of zeroooo if made available! I purchased on Groupon and a few days before expiration made multiple calls with no response, the offer expired and for this type of service, I SAY GO ELSEWHERE! They wait until you make the purchase and then $$$$$ add-on's. Strongly recommend find one of Charlotte's best, because this type of service is a black-eye to the fine City of Charlotte!

My husband and I are heading on vacation in Jamaica and I saw an ad for Natural White and decided to try them! Geraldine was so kind and very informative. My teeth weren’t too stained but I wanted them dazzling! After my first two treatments and a sealant, my teeth are gorgeous! As soon as I get back in the country, I’m going back for a follow-up so that they are celebrity white!! Try them! You won’t be disappointed!

This was my first in office teeth whitening experience. I was honestly a little hesitant about getting it done, but that quickly went away. Staff has great customer service and are very welcoming. I felt comfortable with my sessions because staff displayed thorough knowledge of the procedure and provided an abundance of information. I appreciate the options and an explanation on the importance of sealing the teeth and maintenance moving forward. I highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth are multiple shades whiter. I go every four months to maintain the best level of whiteness. Strips aren’t close to this. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quiet and cozy office. I’ve been going here for three years and plan to continue.
