We've been using Naturalcare for years, and I can't speak highly enough of them! They're professional, timely and communicative. Cynthia, our technician, is the absolute best! She's got a great attitude and work ethic and always communicates the details of the most recent clean. I can't say enough good things about her and the company as a whole!
I booked with NaturalCare Cleaning Service for a move out cleaning of my apartment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service they provided! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded all my expectations!! I was so impressed with their attention to detail, every nook and cranny was left spotless! My floors looked like they were new and the blinds were dust free! I think they truly went above and beyond, in fact I almost wanted to move back in! Not only did they ensure my apartment was clean, but their efforts also played a significant role in me receiving my full deposit back. The leasing office was impressed with the condition of the apartment upon inspection, thanks to the exceptional work done by Natural Care Cleaning Service! 10/10 would recommend!!
We have been with Natural Care Cleaning for over three years now and have no plans on changing that any time soon. They've been super flexible with changes in our lives and schedules. Whether it's going to one clean per month when we had a newborn to adding a clean right before family gatherings, they are so happy to accommodate. Something we always ask for is for Cynthia to be our person. In the time and has come to take care of our home we've built a good relationship and feel a lot of trust towards her. She knows out pets and our child are the most important thing to us, to having a clean home to keep them healthy is a job she takes seriously. I look forward to our Cynthia days! Thank you <3
Recently had a deep cleaning done by Juliana and William, and I couldn’t be happier. Literally everything was spotless. They don’t just dust a shelf, they very delicately and deliberately dust around and underneath every single thing on that shelf. I don’t think the showers have looked this clean since the day they were installed. My floors and baseboards look spectacular. I will definitely be hiring them for cleanings every month, could not be happier with the results.
First time using this company, and I’m very pleased. My home is sparkling clean, especially the bathrooms. Maggie followed my instructions perfectly. So pleased I booked her and will definitely request her again.
Sandra did a wonderful, detailed job cleaning my home. I'm very particular with an eagle eye for things that get missed and I was pleasantly surprised to see she had cleaned all the corners where so many other cleaners miss. My granite counter tops are so shiny, they look wet.And best of all, there was no chemical smell left behind.
Cynthia did an amazing job. I paid for a deep clean and it was well worth it. My house is spotless and the entire process was so easy. Jules explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, and she was cool as hell as a bonus. Give that girl a raise!!
I was charged $580 for deep cleaning that wasn't even done. Both cleaners skipped so many areas in the house that were supposed to be taken care even by the regular cleaning: bathroom shelves were not touched, no vacuuming in the walk-in closet, skipped the whole laundry room, bathtub didn't look like it was washed; backsplash in the kitchen was wiped partially; blinds were not dusted properly, a shelf was completely skipped in the bedroom. Baseboards were not wiped or dusted, the cleaners sprayed the cleaning solution all over the kitchen counter even didn't mind moving things around to avoid the solution to get on bread box, kettle and other appliances; and even with that, skipped some stains around the kitchen that were so easy to wipe. I'm very disappointed considering I paid so much and the office assured me that I don't have to worry about anything, the house will be taken care of. It wasn't.
Brittney is outstanding. She always asks if there are areas she should pay attention more to, and is super thorough and thoughtful. Her attention to detail and overall work is amazing! I always request Brittney and am always satisfied and left happy! Highly recommend!
