Dishonest.
I scheduled an appointment after confirming with their website and their female receptionist that the estimated price would be $32 for a haircut and $70 for color, depending on the amount of color needed and type of style. No problem. I had a quick root touch up and a straight trim.
Upon checkout, I was charged $153. The male receptionist said the price STARTED at $150 because they booked me for their specialist stylist, who was the ONLY stylist offered to me and the ONLY stylist that I saw working the entire morning.
When I presented the $20 gift card posted on their website for "New Service," I was told they would not honor it because it could only be used for "new talent stylists" (per the 4 point fine print).
I didn't even know they had any other stylists available. In fact, when I tried to get an earlier appointment, I was told they were booked. Yet, the salon was empty when I arrived an hour AFTER they opened. Turns out, I was his first appointment that day and arrived before my stylist.

Not sure about anything other than massage. But in reference to that; the best if not one of the best I've ever had. Thanks again Rachel

I just tried these guys for the first time when I needed a change in hairstyle. Cory did a fantastic job! He listened to what I wanted & worked his magic! He was friendly & atmosphere was relaxing. I went on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. They offered complimentary refreshments too. I had looked at several similar salon/spas in the KC, MO area before choosing Naturally Salon & Spa, and despite their location in Crown Center they were very competitively priced to the others. All the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with were friendly & respectful. I highly recommend them! I have scheduled my next visit with Cory & will be trying out the other spa services in the future!

Booked a hair styling and make up appointment for our engagement pictures and liked both my hair and make up once it was done but was turned off by the customer service. I'm not usually one to write reviews or one to try to be a difficult customer but I felt like I needed to share. One, there was no confirmation call, I had to call myself to confirm my appointment. Two, I got to the salon for my appointment on time and they were running late, 25 min late to be exact. This was ridiculous, It was a waste of time and stressful because I had to get to our pictures on time. And once I was taken back, I felt like I was rushed and a burden to their staff because I wanted to be on time for my own pictures, they didn't really make any kind of effort to get to know what I was looking for and the whole experience was stressful. I told the front desk assistant about how I was unhappy, however, I didn't get comped for any service what so ever. Needless to say, they will NOT be getting my business for my wedding. Brides to be if you want a relaxing salon experience this is not the place to go.

I've been a customer of Manuel's for more than 5 years now. He does cut and color monthly. My color looks so natural that people often comment that i haven't gone gray yet. :)His hair cut flatters the shape of my face. He is responsive to what i want and a pleasant, engaging and interesting person in addition.
