Hi, I'm Anne. I've always been a health conscious person. But back in the 1980's I began to suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

I believe drugs should be used only as a last resort. After intensely studying foods and supplements, I found my way to an even healthier and pain-free life.

I started Nature's Cupboard in 1993 from my passion for healthy living. I love sharing my story, knowledge and experience with our customers. To me, it's a gift to be able to serve people this way.

I'd like to provide you with 2 pieces of advice:

1) Start your children on healthful eating habits NOW with high quality vitamins with no artificial coloring.

2) Start yourself NOW... whatever your age, it's not too late to feel better and live better. The alternative is to feel worse... it's your choice!
