A good place to find bulk items and fresh herbs and spices in gallon jars. Good sprouted bread in the freezer section. Meeting and talking to the owner, Sam, is worth the visit.

Sam is very helpful and considerate! We ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving and did curbside pickup for us because I had my baby in the car. She even included some Dr. Bronner's for babies in the goody bag she gave us! The turkey was delicious—Thanks so much and we'll be back soon!

Cute little shop w lots of gluten free, organic, veg/vegan options. It’s small but the owner offered to order me products I wasn’t able to find which was really nice. On the pricier side, but that’s understandable, was about the same as Whole Foods pricing IMO. Will definitely be back!

Hidden gem mom & pop store. Has vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and holistic options. A little quirky. Owner will special order items for you if needed. A little pricey, but has some great finds!

This store is hands down the best natural foods store in the Baltimore area! You will find it all! Sam, the owner, is more than knowledgeable and will personally help you in anyway! I couldn't recommend it more for your shopping needs. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give it ten! Give it a visit...you won't be disappointed!

Another place I visited for food assistance. This one could be better. It was a storage container however consider the location I understand why. In some places the people in the area work against their own existence and hinder themselves!!
